Shipping policy
We offer free standard shipping to on most items anywhere within Australia via our preferred carriers. Some specific products may incur a shipping charge which will be shown at the checkout. This may be due to the item(s) being particularly heavy or bulky. We do not cover the cost of returning products for either change of mind or warranty issues. If an item is returned to us and deemed either not faulty or the item has been misused, mistreated and not covered under warranty, it is the responsibility of the consumer to cover the cost of shipping if they wish to have that item returned to them. Any item replaced under warranty however will be re-sent back to the consumer at our expense. Shipping policy may differ for wholesale B2B customers.
